Title: Dear Nick and Jacqueline
Nicholas was such a sweet kid - and kind too to put up with such a weird old lady like me.
I remember when you were up here and Susette brought you over to introduce us.
We were all sitting on the front porch when I started in giving Nicholas all my best advice about school, dating and telling him to feel free to ask me if he had any questions about either of those subjects.
I'm pretty sure I know what he was thinking but he was very polite and good natured about the whole thing and did a masterful job of covering up the fact that he thought there might be something seriously wrong with me.
I am so sorry for your loss but I have faith that there will come a day that you will be glad for the time that you were blessed to have a kid as fine as Nicholas.
Until that day comes, just hang in there, help each other out and know that people are praying for you.

Title: i miss you
i have loved you since the day i met you
you always made me smile
i never felt alone
now your gone
when we dated i did not have to fear
if you would hurt me
if you would hear
people comment on how we used to be
i fell in love with you
but that secret i kept inside
i should of told you
before you died
i wanted a chance with you
i wanted to prove
that i loved you for you
i did not care if u saw the world differently
i do to
but i want to tell you
if you can hear me at all
that honestly all i do is bawl

Title: To Nicholas' family
I'm so very sorry that you have to experience this grief due to the passing of your son, grandson. I never had the privilege to meet Nicholas but reading the description of him from my cousin, Kathleen I'm sure he was a special individual.
Know that Nicholas is with you always in spirit - look for the signs - I've seen many since I've lost my son.
Blessings and peace to all,
Pam L Puckett

I didn't get the chance to ever meet Nicholas, coming across this page on complete chance. I too lost a friend this year, and although I have never lost a family member or a child I know how awful any kind of loss is. My sincere condolences. I have never faced bullying of such a magnitude but I know those who have, and I am so so sorry that I never got a chance to be a listening ear for Nick.
